Day 149: Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy

Today was Lia's dance recital. She did an awesome job and we are so proud of her! And look how adorable she is in her little "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" costume.

After a few very busy days and a low grade fever (thank you 2 year molars!), Ellie needed a nap. She needed it so bad that she fell asleep on the couch while we visited with Nate, Bren, and Paul. She must have been VERY tired!

Zeke is officially 2 weeks old today. And still as cute as a button.

Ellie woke up from her nap in an awful mood. But, she snapped out of it. I see dancing in her future. Especially hip-hop. She was bopping along in her seat at the recital. And all night she kept saying, "My hip-hop."

Lia got roller skates from Grandma Lyn and Grandpa. She was so excited to try them out. It was a cautious first try. I can't believe how old she looks! (As you can see, Lia chooses her clothes these days. I take many deep breaths and let it go.)
