Today was a very busy and very fun day! The girls had their first swim lessons in a few months. They were ecstatic! Ellie went from hating the water, to hating getting out of the water. Lia loves her class, loves her teacher, loves the games, loves her swimsuit, etc. Glad we decided to enroll them again.
After swimming we went to "the best birthday party ever" (at least according to Lia.) It was a princess themed party for our friends Megan (who turned 1) and Kate (who turned 3). The most amazing part was that all the girls dressed up as princesses and had a princess parade, which Lia calls a pageant. So much fun! Lia had a complete meltdown at the end of the night because she absolutely did NOT want to go home. I'd say the party was a hit!
