Ellie got a new book for Christmas called "In the Pond." It is a really cute book where you put your finger in the back and it is a fish finger puppet throughout the book. She loves it! (Thanks Grandma Lyn and Grandpa!)
This morning, Lia had her best friend come over to play. They promptly went in Lia's room, closed the door, and played Candyland. So, Ellie and I spent the morning playing together in her room and reading lots of books. I cried inside a little that Lia is old enough to want to play without me, and cheered that I got to spend precious time with Ellie.
