Today was a rare day that Tim was off work and we were off school. So, we could actually have a fun day together. And we sure did! Lia has been asking to go ice skating for awhile. She loves the movie "Ice Princess." While she was ice skating all by herself, she tried spinning, jumping, and told me she was going to do a triple toe loop (glad she didn't try that one yet.) Ice skating is clearly in her blood, thanks to Tim.
After ice skating, we went sledding on the hill in our subdivision. Lia did not love sledding last year. What a difference a year makes! She was asking to go face first by herself down the hill. Yikes! Ellie did not love our winter adventure as much. She begs to go outside and then cries the entire time. Maybe next year...
