Even though there was a heat advisory and an air quality warning, we went to the Brookfield Zoo today. My mom and I planned this trip weeks ago and we weren't about to change plans now. The good news is that so much of the zoo is inside these days. Yes, it was VERY hot. But, the girls had a great time!
