Day 288: My little gardeners

Lia has been begging for a garden.  And we all know how well I do with keeping plants alive.  Yikes!  So, we planted the only flowers that require almost no attention or help and come back year after year; tulips.  They also just happen to be my favorite.  Lia decided that she wanted to plant them around the mailbox.  It was so nice watching the girls work with Tim to get the dirt ready, plant the bulbs, and then water them.  Here's to hoping they come up in the spring!
