After hearing a statistic that ACT scores are higher in kids who eat dinner every night with their family, I decided it was time to clear off the dining room table. This was not a small feat. I had TONS of junk on that table. We always have good intentions of eating at the table. Now, I am bound and determined to make it a habit. And after a week I can say, eating at the table makes for calmer bed times, happier kids, and quieter evenings. Why did I wait so long to do this?
