Day 104: Cold park, Warm story time

I promised the girls we would go to the big park. It is only about a mile and a half away. I have NEVER driven to the big park. We have always walked or jogged. Today I decided I am way too pregnant to walk that far with two crazy girls. Good thing. It was FREEZING! We were the only people at the park for the ten minutes we were there.

In order to convince the popsicles that were my children to get back into the car, I told them we would go to the library. And on the way there I remembered that they were having story time too. Perfect. This was Ellie's first story time. She loved it! Ellie is so ready for school. The most fun part of our day is that we bumped into Kate and Meggie at story time. Lia and Ellie were so happy to see them (and Ms. Beth too.) Of course, trying to get a picture of the four of them is always a hoot. This is the best we could do. I love living in a town where you still bump into people.
