Day 119: The Cosley Tradition

On the most beautiful spring day of the season, I made plans to meet my mom and the little boy she nannies, Sean, at Cosley Zoo in Wheaton. The girls were so excited! And as an added bonus, my dad was off work and rode his bike to meet us there. Even more exciting!

Cosley is a part of my childhood. A place I remember visiting from the time I was wee all the way through high school. And now I love bringing my kids. The highlight of Cosley is the caboose. When I was a kid, it was a fun place to climb, but you couldn't go inside. Now they have remodeled it with fun activities inside the caboose. Lia was happy to go in the "end of the train."

As you can see from the pictures, we had such a wonderful time. Smiles all the way around.
