Day 177: Summer picnic

Today we went on a picnic with our young families group. I should really put picnic in quotes, because I don't really believe in picnics. I hate sandwiches and most other typical picnic fare. And I just don't understand the draw of eating on the ground. So, our family picked up McDonalds and we all ate at tables next to the playground in Independence Grove, a lovely park near our house. The girls had a great time and before I knew it, it was 7:00 and time to head home.

Also, our little man is 6 weeks old today. Growing cuter by the minute!
